Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on www.sifffrost.com are stated in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs may apply separately.
Prices may change without notice, and products or services may occasionally be unavailable or sold out.
Payment may be made through approved payment providers including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, VISA, or other payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through encrypted third-party payment systems. Siff Frost does not store or have direct access to your full payment information.
Shipping & Delivery
Physical products and test kits are typically delivered within 5–13 business days from the order confirmation date. Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, carrier delays, or product availability.
The risk and responsibility for physical products transfer to the customer upon delivery.
Siff Frost cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of laboratory testing, gut health analyses, online programs, digital products, and personalized health services, all purchases made through Siff Frost are binding and generally non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for:
Purchased, processed, or shipped tests
Started, accessed, or ongoing online programs and courses
Completed consultations or coaching sessions
Personalized protocols, recommendations, supplement plans, or health strategies already delivered
Digital products, downloads, recordings, or materials once access has been granted
Online programs and personalized health journeys are considered initiated once access to materials, platforms, recordings, guides, protocols, support, or coaching has been provided. From this point, the purchase is non-refundable.
In exceptional cases only, consultation purchases may be considered for a partial or full refund at the sole discretion of Siff Frost. Any request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase and before the consultation or service has been fully delivered.
By purchasing products or services from Siff Frost, you acknowledge and accept these terms and understand that results may vary from person to person depending on individual circumstances, compliance, lifestyle, health history, and personal responsibility.
Digital Products & Online Services
By purchasing digital products, online programs, memberships, courses, downloads, recordings, or other digital services, you expressly consent to immediate access and delivery of digital content.
