Ordering Products:

When you place an order through Siff Frost, the order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. Before you confirm your order, you will have the opportunity to correct or delete products you have placed in your shopping cart, as well as change the information you have entered regarding your purchase. Your order is not sent and therefore not binding until you have pressed "approve order."

Order Confirmation:

Siff Frost will send you an electronic order confirmation, which is an acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation includes your order number, name, address, delivery address, payment method, specification of the ordered products, the total price, including any delivery costs, and a link to these terms and conditions.

Siff Frost stores a digital copy of all order confirmations, but it is recommended that you print out the order confirmation yourself, as it contains essential information about the sale. The order confirmation is also useful to have later if you wish to cancel the purchase or have objections to the purchased items.

A final agreement is entered into when an order confirmation is sent to you from Siff Frost, and the agreement includes the products listed in the order confirmation.

When you receive the order confirmation, you should review it and immediately contact Siff Frost if you believe it contains errors or discrepancies. If the information in the order confirmation applies, unless you submit written objections immediately after receiving the order confirmation, Siff Frost will send the product immediately after purchase.

Shipping:

The usual delivery time is 5 to 13 business days from the date of the order confirmation. It may happen that a collective order is delivered at different times.

The risk for the goods transfers to the cardholder only when the person takes possession of the goods.

Prices and Payment:

The price of a product is the price(s) indicated on

www.sifffrost.com

at the time of your order. Errors and sold-out items are subject to reservation.

The price for any delivery is also indicated on your order, and the total price of your order is shown on the order, as well as in the order confirmation. All prices for products on sifffrost.com are valid until they are changed.

Prices are stated in euros, including VAT, and exclude delivery costs. You can pay with a credit card, PayPal, and VISA.

Siff Frost will charge your account as soon as the item is dispatched. When paying by credit card, your details are sent directly and SSL encrypted to Siff Frost's payment provider. Siff Frost, therefore, does not have access to your payment details.
